How to control acidity?

Basically responsible chemicals in stomach that causes acidity is hydrochloric acid which is necessary for digestion. Uncontrol secretion of HCl leads acidity, heartburn, Reflex esophagitis, GERD.  Different antiulcerant such as PPI, antacid can reduces the acid secretion. Uncontrol acid secretion if left untreated then it have a chance of developing other complication such as Stomach Ulcer, Stomach Cancer, Cardiac disease, Constipation.  Besides of taking antiulcerant it should be better to follow regular sheculed food consuming behavior. When we will irregular food consume then acid secretes irregularly without any scheduled pattern.
